| |   Greetings from our "little peanut," the inspiration for The Baby Boutique by Natalé!"
At only 4 and a half pounds, she surprised us all by arriving a month early.
As the nurses wrapped her up to keep warm, they started calling her "little peanut." As she grew (and started walking), she led us to develop the Little Safety Harness by Natalé. Due to the success of the Little Safety Harness by Natalé, we have have expanded our little boutique to provide more unique products to families everywhere.
As a family-owned boutique of unique products for babies, children, and moms, our goal is to provide our customers with great products that help meet the numerous needs of raising "little bundles of joy." PAYMENT METHODS:
The Baby Boutique by Natalé accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All payment transactions are secured by using industry standard SSL encryption technology through our Yahoo! store. Credit card payments are processed through Paymentech, the industry leader in credit card processing.
SHIPPING:
We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $7.95 within the USA. (International orders require a flat rate of $19.95 per item). Feel free to order numerous items to take advantage of our flat rate shipping. We use USPS Priority Mail for several reasons. Most importantly, when compared to UPS or Fedex, it is often several days faster. Additionally, we can deliver to PO Boxes, if you choose. As a small boutique, however, we do not offer overnight delivery. We usually process most orders over the weekend for mid-week arrival. If you prefer, we can ship your package ahead to a trip destination. For example, many clients have us ship to Orlando to have their package waiting at the hotel for their vacation. (Please note that due to their size and weight, any Maximom Twin Carrier shipped outside the United States will incur a charge of $19.95 usd in addition to the above flat rate shipping).
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is only charged on orders within the State of Florida. Florida State Law requires that we charge 7 % sales tax on the full amount of the order.
RETURNS:
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction and offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on your purchase. Please send any returns to the address above via a trackable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return items. We will issue a refund for your purchase price minus original shipping charges upon proper receipt of such return. Please note that for returns to be accepted and refunds issued, all returns must be in original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Any items not meeting this conditions will not receive any refund. Items returned to us due to refusal, insufficient address, beyond return period, or not being claimed will also incur a 15% restocking charge. Please note that because of hygiene laws, the Glamourmom nursing bra tanks are not returnable.
